Partners data will be processed in the following ways :-

2. Inform you about the running of the partnership
3. Create the online members list directory (MyChurchsuite) that all partners will be invited to have access to.
Other Information
We may keep a record of attendance for events. This will be just as information to help us better serve the needs of those attending. We will use your contact information to provide any information you requested and to inform you of other forthcoming partnership events.
Lawful reasons for data processing
With the exception of employees, and FCGP has no contracted or paid staff/employees, our lawful reason for processing your data is Legitimate Interest.
Central Database - ChurchSuite
A central database is used to securely store all electronic records in the cloud which contains all partners contact information, In time, all personal information will be held in the central database. The Trustees of the partnership chose to use ChurchSuite to manage the contacts and events for the Partnership. There is experience of ChurchSuite as it is used in their individual local churches
Client Application
The Partnership, by its very nature, needs a way of sharing members contact details to grow the fellowship across the counties.
Individuals can control by means of preference settings what contact information is visible to other partners, although the hope is that this will not be restricted. There are no plans to print the contact details of partners in paper form.
Security of the app is provided either by the mobile device or the application. Either the mobile device will require authentication or the in-app PIN number security feature will be enabled. Members of the partnership using the app will agree to using one of these two methods to secure fellow members’ personal data. The ChurchSuite PIN or mobile device authentication must be complex.
If using ChurchSuite on a computer through a web browser then your computer must be password protected and your account not shared with non-partners without seeking their personal permission first.
